  • In this video Coach Liz Carpenter is coaching three-year-old Elizabeth how to do hit forehand and backhand. This is a 30 min private lesson. Coach Liz is explaining about the progression of the tennis lesson for toddlers. The lesson starts from warm-up exercises and finishes with long rallies between Coach Liz and Elizabeth.

    You are making it so difficult... why not just put two spots for her to step in and then hit the ball instead of keeping her into an open stance and then stepping in and hitting the ball.
