The first one and last one was the best. Briar Nolet brought a new meaning to passion and the moves Michael Dameski did was so graceful. They were both so graceful and perfect.

y'all put Briar Nolet as one of your best solo performances but her qualifier score wasn't even over 95, she was underscored the whole time..
She was underscored either because JLO and Ne-Yo are stupid, or because they needed her to seem as an “underdog” of the show.

@@arxiene5998 JLO and Née-yo are not “stupid”. They had to judge off of the dancing and you can’t deny it, there wasn’t much dancing. It was mostly tricks. She was not underscored. She was scored correctly.
@@_x2733 you’re gonna need to elaborate on what you just said because it makes no sense. You do know acro is a form of dance right? It incorporates tricks and stunts in a performance. The only dance she was not underscored in was her finals routine, her other routines were phenomenal and underscored. At no point in those routines did you ever feel bored, it was always eye-catching.
@@arxiene5998 How do you not understand what I’m saying. And yes I am a dancer and I do know what acro is because I was a former gymnast. Yes, there is acro as a style of dance but remember, this is “World of Dance” which means there needs to be more dancing and not so many tricks. In briar’s solos, there were mostly tricks and maybe small dance steps. The judges have said time and time again that she needs to have more “dancing” and not so many tricks one after the other.
Yeah Briar and Michael crushed this in every way. Briar was robbed and putting her here after they underscored her is a slap to the whole show after the fact. But all my love to these dancers, they are incredible

Damn, Fik shun's dance was so good and really moving. It's like a story of a grandpa dancing for the last time and found his young soul at the end. Love that. He is so talented! The moves, perfect!
I saw him on Math Steffanina classes but I didn't know he could do something like that, damn.

As a former professional dancer I see that vid with different eyes. All of them are very special. But with all these technical things I don't like it to see that many dancers forget to dance! Technical figures put together in a row... that is called acrobatic. Michael Dameski was for me the one who showed for me in the most "dancing"! A nice choreo, great technique and heartbreaking dancing with a great story!

Michael Dameski is just another level. For me he is one of the best of all the WOD-Acts and the most complete soloist. He is incredible and they didn't even pick his best solo here. 👑
That being said: I agree that Briar was underscored and Lauren needs to come back!

YOU PUT BRIAR NOLET but in the show she was always UNDERSOCRED!!! I'm pissed..She was the real winner!!
I disagree because most of her dances involved mostly tricks. There wasn’t much “dancing” to it. After all, the show is called “World of Dance” not “World of Tricks”. So in that case, I do agree with the judges and they had to judge off of DANCING not TRICKS.
She’s an acro contemporary dancer so the “tricks” are the acro part which is a dance style. They let a hip hop acro group win when all they did was tricks so that’s most likely not why she was scored low.
Your wrong. I say this because Michael did more dancing than tricks and his choreography was always unique an different meaning he never did the same thing twice. So do I agree with you when you say the show was always underscored 10” percent but do I feel as though Briar should have win absolutely not. This also shows that Micheal should have win saying that he had the best over all solo!!

As a contemporary dancer, I personally believe that Briar deserved more, let’s say, recognition than Eva Igo and Diana Pombo. I personally think that if Briar was in the first season and went against Eva, Briar would’ve and should’ve won. I actually think she would’ve or should’ve beat Les Twins. I didn’t actually think Les Twins deserved that win cuz I’ve seen way better hip hop dancers than them. But don’t get me wrong, Les Twins are good. But yeah anyway, I definitely think Briar was robbed. I think she should’ve gotten 3rd place at least, but 5th place, come on seriously. No. Lol
@@jiminsjams1013 briar is insane and I agree, but I think people don’t give Eva enough credit. The dance put in this video (in my opinion) was her second worst on the show and basically every other one of her dances were near perfection, especially her qualifiers and creep solos. It makes me so upset Les Twine beat her because I felt like the judges were just kind of fan hurling over les twins the whole time when some of their dances were nothing worthy of beating Eva.

I could watch Michael Dameski all day. He is precise with his moves and has such control of his body it's insane.
I watched a few of Briar Nolet's performances and I can say this is my favourite; It touched me more. Some of the others looked like free styles for me but this one's different.

Eva Igo is still one of the best dancers to have been on the show and deserved the win. All these dancers in their element and its amazing and beautiful to see.
the way briar was underscored and robbed proves why we need actual judges who aren’t just singers who can somewhat dance the only one I find credible is Derek and even sometimes he doesn’t know how to score dances that are outside of his realm briar is literally a once in a lifetime dancer and I’m pretty sure she has been labeled one of the best dancers in the world and also if you have a problem with what I’m saying how is it the judges called briar out for all her tricks and then when she gives them what they still had a problem with it and it cost her the win cause she didn’t dance to her full ability and then they went on to let a group full of grown men just doing tricks win but that was the same thing they were complaining to briar about
WAIT THE JUDGES ARENT EVEN DANCERS????? I haven’t watched world of dance but having non dancers be judges is ridiculous
@@Arj2008 Jennifer Lopez started her career as a professional dancer but from my knowledge what she did then is nothing compared to what we’ve seen in the show and Derek although a professional dancer he pretty much can only do ballroom which I think he’s a brilliant judge at but he can’t judge all styles seeing as he can’t do all styles well and Ne Yo is just a singer who can do a two step
@@Arj2008 JLo is trained but not in many styles and hasn’t got a wide breadth of knowledge as far as I’m aware, Derek is incredible and Ballroom/Latin and contemporary and then Neyo.... who knows what he’s doing there. So apart from Derek they aren’t professional dancers and it’s on in limited styles
I really feel Jennifer had a vendetta against her.... she always felt so annoyed seeing her perform. And Derek is just a walking contradiction.

briars expression of emotions hits deep and her acrobatics are top notch. also Micheal is proof there's levels to dancing and he's what people strive for. i wasnt even kinda a dance fan until seeing them. they're the whole reason i started following dancers

@AnaisSilva You are 100% correct about Briar. She is the first female dancer to do leaps that previously were only done by men! I love that she always pushes herself to constantly improve & never stops adding new movements, jumps, sequences, etc.
Im quitw sure there are people who have done leaps only done by man way before her its just that u dont see it cause they aint famous

I was rooting for her at the beginning when I saw her auditions but her performances after that weren't that good. Maybe she set the bar too high at the beginning

i can. Honestly, the 4th season ruined the show. They took out so many things the show had that made WOD special. Because of that, the show got low ratings and ended up getting cancelled.

@@ivedoneitall yeah but JLo always puts so much emphasis on "storytelling" and has scored other's high because of a connection she felt when their wasn't anything challenging in their routine. He should've gotten higher

You can be the best technical dancer, but if you don’t move your audience to feel the passion you are expressing, it’s not enough. I think Briar is absolutely exquisite, and her routine was flawless, but I didn’t FEEL anything. Michael, Fik-Shun (robbed), Diana, and Eva moved me.
