Just as an example, Diglett has a base HP stat of 10, and at level 100 it can go up to around 220 HP with perfect EVs and IVs. Compare that to Blissey, whose base HP of 255 means it can get up over 700 at level 100. Certainly a lot, but not proportional to Diglett's base stat. I don't know how it's calculated exactly, but a 25% higher base stat doesn't mean the actual stats are 25% higher too

@Garboders, I'm sure someone has mentioned this already but the reason your moves seemed to be doing less damage to your opponents is because transformed pokemon keep their base hp when transforming, but copy all other stats and stat boosts. So your copies had ditto's relatively low base 48 hp, while butterfree has base 60 and steelix has base 75. You're doing the same amount of damage (aside from the rng spread), but it is a greater percentage of ditto's hp than your opponents. Also, that butterfree set is going to give me nightmares.
I like that he saved Steelix for last. Did he plan it all along for it to turn into a horrendous stall match? Maybe he didn't know the PP refreshes every time it switches back in, which seems broken.

This reminds me of the pikasprey ditto challenge videos. The "hard" opponents are actually easy with ditto because of their good move sets and set ups but pokemon with crap movesets (like the steelix and the razor wind butterfree) are awful to get through with ditto. It flips the script on which opponents are considered a challenge.
