Scan Library Editor; Making moving head spot profiles.

In this video I show an example of making a moving head spot by using the ADJ focus spot 3Z DMX traits, try to follow along.

James. Need some help...I am using ADJ Inno Spot Pro fixtures. When I click the BEAM ON button next to Center it produces a DMX value of 3. But my shutter open DMX setting is using value 8-15 on the Scan library settings which matches up with the fixture DMX settings. How can I get the Beam on to give a value higher than 3 so it works properly?

in mydmx 3, go to "Tools" and select "Scan Library" That should open this editor up for you.

This installs with the mydmx 3 program. up top in the menu by File, Edit Tools, in tools look for "Scan Library"

What can i do when my prisms don't rotate?

How do you mean? If the fixtures don't have a rotating prism? You would just do presets for open and prism on... Just make whatever the traits have.

@@Jingles8302 No, the moving head has a rotating prisma, but when i try out the fader i made for the rotation the prisma wont rotate.
