    My sister and I fried 120 shrimp as part of our Osechi spread, and they certainly were NOT beautiful like these are. Note to self......rewatch this video on 12/28/2018. Thank you so much for sharing! ❤️

    like this the shrimp has less moisture and become so crispy...great technique

      Yes the texture is so important with ebi fry 🍤 Because of the crispiness it is great for bento boxes as it saves it's texture very well. Thanks for watching Francis Inghels 🙏
