Yoopa, belly piercing takes atleast 6 months to heal. even if it looks ok and healed from outside, it still takes 6 months to fully heal. and your body can sometimes reject it. so take care about that. dont wear tight clothing on top of it. my body rejected my piercing and i had to take it off. so take a lot of care.
i just wanna say something weight never matters, you cab be 50 and still be unhealthy while being 65 you can be healthy with muscles. never measure yr weight cause it fluctuates from the moment you wake up till you go to bed.
i can say this i was overly addicted to losing weight years back, i went from 64 to 49 in a jiffy. i was happy no doubt with the progress i made over time but i became very anxious over time with the slightest idea of gaining weight
Hi yes yes I know that but in my case first I wanted to bring down my weight to 51kg and then start working on the muscles which I have started doing. Yes I didn’t know this before I started working out at the gym.
