Ingredients required to make surmai fish gravy recipe
To marinate fish we need
Surmai Fish 500 Grams
Salt Half-Tsp
Turmeric powder Half-Tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder Half-Tsp
Half cut- lemon juice
Put this in a fridge for 20 minutes
To make paste we need
Ginger 1-TBsp
Garlic cloves 12 to 13
Green chilli 1-chopped
Onion 1-Chopped
Large size Tomato 1-Chopped
Coriander leaves hands-full
Fresh shredded coconut Half -Cup
Tamarind 1-TBsp
To fry fish
mustard oil Half-Cup
To make curry
In same Oil
Will add
Turmeric powder Half-Tsp
Coriander cumin seeds powder 1-Tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1-Tsp
Chicken masala Half-Tsp
Curry leaves some
Hot water as required
Salt 1-Tsp
fenugreek dry leave (kasuri methi) 1-TBsp
Garnish with some coriander
