The song isn’t about that person, but it was my jumping off point to pen a thank you song to my first girlfriend; a wordsmith who inspired me to think and rethink, to write and rewrite, and to not give a fart and just sing from the heart. This was one of my wife's favorite songs. She passed away at 39 years old on 3/3/18. We were married since we were 20, so 19 years. I miss her everyday. Our daughter loves this song as well even though it was before her time. Makes you wonder.......RIP my love....

You know, the nice thing about this song and video is that it tells a clear story, practically from start to finish, with an insane dance sequence over halfway through it, and when it comes to an end, you are either left wanting more or left feeling complete and happy.
