i would love to be a slurry contractor ... sommat about the smell ... i would deffo say that injecting and dribble bar is the way to go but its more expensive.... for a livestock farmer a splash plate would be the the most common choice for a financial perspective ....
Injecting slurry in the ground is horrible for soil life. Talking from experience here in holland. Avoid it at al cost! Dribble bar is way better. But you have a system were you splashplate slurry in little amounts and splashplate water over it you also reduced/ eliminate ammonia. But the best is cows in the field!

Think there are gunna be grants available to help pay for a dribble bar if/when splash plates are banned
