I just the Ron Clark Story movie, wow, i guessing this appearance was in around 1998. Holycow, they did things for Clark to get to the past 1st 2nd and to finally won it, wow. that's a revelation.
I remember this episode. Awesome. Loved when Bob Barker was the star of TPIR. Drew Carey sucks, the changes they made to the show sucks. I don't watch anymore.
