The only things I've found to be *significantly* more expensive are top quality tools. In many cases, they can be up to 5x the price here at a Ferreteria vs Home Depot in Canada. Cars are more, for sure, but you have far more brands to choose from. And imported food is sometimes lunacy. But buying most import food is silly. Eat local!

The tools are definitely more, more than california and I don't think the choice of tools is as good either. But we make it work.
@surflifeimages luckily, they have Makita which I like. Just super expensive.
Vehicles are more expensive in CR, than Canada for sure. When you go to sell, they hold there value and have less depreciation.
