To be honest, the idea you can make a smaller husky by cross-breeding it with a smaller breed is just common sense. I wouldn't really call it a miracle of modern science.
On Ananias and Sapphira, I recently watched a debate with Steven Chalke where he argues that they died of shock rather than the Holy Spirit. I initially dismissed it as very silly until I re-read the Acts account and found it never actually says that God killed them (although it does explicitly say an angel kills Herod, which kind of debunks Stevens' larger argument).
Nevertheless it seems to me that Acts heavily implied God struck them down, so he did; but I do find the idea more interesting than I did initially.
