Sir, Last 9.5.23. I had chest pain. My palpitations were 182 to 185 that time.
Now from 9.5 till to day I have no pain. But these are my measurements.
BP 120./70 sugar 98. Oxygen 98.
Resting pulse 65 to 70.
Actively pulse 85 to 90.
I can stop breathing approximately 25 seconds.
But in D1 Ostial coronary has 75% lesion. Blockage in only one coronary even now I am absolutely fine. So sir, would you advise me reson of pain and right treatment.
based on these information,cause of pain can not be ascertained, need to see in person to physician or heart specialist. then only cause of pain can be established

Agar left main me blockage hai to CABG hi karani hogi wo bhi jaldi par agar LAD me hai to aap stenting par vichaar kar sakte hain. Aap doctor se consult kariye aur salaah anusaar upchaar karwa len.

Sir my mother age 45 have blockage type 3 in LAD
She complaining symptoms of leftside shoulder and back pain , tingling in arm and legs,in angiography 50-70%(done on date:24/09/23) of blockage seen angiography and that blockage is at mouth of bigger vein ,and Dr told us it complicated to put stand at mouth of bigger vein ,dr earlier told for FFR but later he suggested spine surgeon and spine surgeon told us cervical spondylitis and then cardiac doctor told us pain is not of cardiac and discharged mother from hospital and told to attend physiotherapy,my mother took couple session of physiotherapy ,but she still feeling pain in back and left arm and sometime right side at back and in middle of back
My question is can heart attack occur on 50-70% blockage?
And if it comes will it be riskier?
What should we do ?We are confuse wheather pain is cervical or cardiac
Wheather this blockage reversible by only means of medicine?
Do we need to worry ,can it be only cervical ? she feel pain the pain continuously but now not exactly on left side of arm but some time on right side and in middle of back and pain stop for only few time otherwise it pain happens continuously and today(9 oct 2023) pain was happend on upperside of chest on left side and pain in ear which making us very tense

all heart attacks are risky
you can ask your heart doctor for medicines for your mother and he may also suggest you to carry some medicines to your mother carry along always, which at the time of emergency may save your mother's life.
not reversible if old blockages.
It can be only cervical but only your treating doctors can tell.

Tablets puri chalu hai. kabhi ekdam normal lagta hai. kabhi bethe bethe tej dard hone lagta hai khana khate time tej dard hota hai jo 5 minit bad dakare niklne ke bad sahi ho jata hai. Dr. saheb batane ka kast kare ki bethe bethe tej dard hona kya heart ka dard hai. Heart rat 75-80 ata hai
