- A London derby from April 1972. Chelsea were in good form, having won their last three league games - a good response to their defeat in the League Cup final a month ago. Palace meanwhile were not in form - they had gone seven matches without a win, having failed to score in four of those, and were battling to stay in the top flight. The commentator is Brian Moore.
Cook, Osgood and Hudson, total and utter class.....
Did you see the old East Stand? Had to replace it but nearly broke the club.
Nice one Adrian. Classic Chelsea strip and goals. The old East Stand . Colindale for Volkswagen advetising board. Brian Moore commentary. Just missed the Reliant Robins.
We need to bring this kit back
Marvellous football. And Charlie Cook what a player. .
News gets around about John Craven
The Old East Stand. Quintessential Archie.
Real footballers back then. No rolling around on the ground as if they'd been shot like the overpaid cry babies of today!
And no one playing rugby at corners.

Opening goal blatant foul on JJ.
