Great podcast - thanks for bringing up the retirement struggle - interesting conversation from people still young. Good lessons for those of us thinking about retiring from normal work life not so far off, and having the same struggles. Especially if you loved what you did and a lifestyle that came with it. Having more time is a big one, try to use that well and not just pine away. Work/athletics can take up a lot of your time even when you love it and forcing yourself to find new ways to spend available time in a productive, rewarding way can help those feelings. A lot of people struggle with this so kudos for bringing it up and being honest but encouraging! Great conversation overall.
