the new area u unlocked this ep works like a coop so u dont need to make any there, also i think u should prob add a couple slimes to each corral, like one or two more because u have high walls to almost all ur corrals

Btw theres still one more slime you havent seen in the indigo quarry and to answer your question you need 11 keys to open every door
