I tried this recipe and every time my milk curdled a few minutes after adding apple mix. Yes, I used a clean peeler and grater. Finally, I made it work by not mixing apple mix and milk mix until they both completely cooled to room temperature.
Tried it today... Dates adds such a special taste to it. Apples flavour was overpowered by dates. Did not matter if I added or not ma'am. Else the taste was rich and royal😊

I made this and a few other recipes with delicious red apples and gala apples that are less sour. Still, the kheer always curdled. Finally, I decided to use another recipe where I left the milk and apple mix separate until they completely cooled down to room temperature. Then I slowly mixed them and put in the refrigerator until served. Wasted too many apples and milk :-)

Make sure you cook the apple before adding it and once you add the dates cashew turn off of the stove in 1 min don't boil it

Did the same process but my milk started to curdle after adding cooked apple😢can you explain why.... It was even fresh milk only...
May be the knife with which you chopped the apples had a lemon stuck to it. We never know but trust, adding apples would not curdle it😊👍

When I added apple , payasam got soured. I used to follow all ur receipe, everything used to be so tasty. This receipe didn't work for me.
You have to cook the apple first

It's ghee, not gee ...n kheer not keer..
