    When I was I kid I live two streets above this. I remember one day we took a walk with my friends their mom and my sister. We walked passed this house and they invited us in to see the cracks. There was cracks from the floor up the walls all the way across the ceiling and down the walls on the other side. I was probably 6 at the time and I’ll never forget. The developers who filled in part of the hillside which would later fall settle for an amazing low 9-12 million somewhere in that range.

      Really? What amazing! Is it all repaired and build up now? Thanks for the conment. I use this illustration in my geography lessons on secondary high school. : )

      @@JThuis I live about 3 minutes down the road and it's all overgrown with brush and bushes now, looking at the hillside you probably wouldn't be able to tell that homes were ever there. I don't think they could ever try to build anything else on those lots due to the soil.

      We were neighbors! When I was a kid I lived on the same street as this house but far enough away that we never had to evacuate.
