@Foxhack In this case yes, but other maps, when being burned by a pyro the Dead Ringer can't save you, somehow the fire does so much damage that even protecting from 90 percent of the total damage its not enough
@yalamix I really doubt this was what the developers intended. I know the Dead Ringer lowers all damage while it is active, but this gives spies an insane advantage.
