Dear friends my using kidney beans in this video was very spontaneous. I set out with the mind to use canned pigeon peas but once I entered the pantry plans changed. For you to cut down the cooking time for your beans, soak it much longer and way ahead of time... preferably overnight. Thanks for all the love and support. Stay safe please🙏🏾❤️

Welcome to Jamrock. As a Jamaican I thoroughly enjoyed watching you cook this meal. I could literally smell the flavours. Yes, Walker's Wood jerk seasoning is a good substitute when can't make by scratch. Browning sauce on point. One suggestion, if I may, you can soak the peas overnight, it saves time when you ready to cook. I had the pleasure of visiting Ghana years ago and I was embraced like family. Some Ghanaians told me that Ghana is sometimes referenced as little Jamaica... so true. Keep the meals coming. One love.

It is miserable out there Onuawaa, but your inviting recipes kept me entertained, so thank you for always blowing our minds with meal preps and dinner spreads fit for the royal families🙏🏽❤️ What you said about cooking with the chicken skins even if you don’t intend to eat them is money 👌🏾 Loved every second and boy you look gb3sh Ankasa!
