Hats of to the sultry, some say petulant Pet Chris on keyboards, scowling at the camera. 1987 - crikey, I was only 10!!
Apparently it beat "Fairytale of New York" to be the UK Xmas Number One that year... Can't imagine life without either song... And what a video clip this one had too!

I love the Fairlight CMI displaying Pet, Shop, Boys. I would love to see that again on their concerts, a nice close up of one of their synths displaying that on the screen!

The original is so awful I'm surprised the Pet Shop Boys chose to cover this song this is a great song from late 1987 33 years ago an awesome time to be alive

I go back nearly 40 years ago,when my then loved love, Who I had married " T'ill death" had no more love for me. It was Hard , but now , me met by chance, and in a friendly way she asked for a Coffee... But she was a stranger now, and I suppose I was something of a distant past to her, so I said I was latte for something, and left. I wish her no harm,. But past is past... A sad feeling after all..
