How is it possible that there aren't enough women for a 145lb weight class? 90% of the women I see on the street are close to 200lbs at 5'2"! 🤔

What difference a decade makes. At 33, you see Kayla is still tight, strong. At 42, Holly looks great and is incredibly fit, but you see some of that tightness is gone. I'm 39 and I feel like the body I had at 32/33, that youthful fitness, is somewhat gone.

She regularly walks around in at 170+ but for a woman their genetics and slow metabolism makes it harder to lose weight. This was an extremely difficult and dangerous cut, she might not do 135 lbs again, just too tough for her.
