I love these videos 😁 just a little tip for If you ever make chocolate torte again, the topping is called a chocolate ganache so chop the chocolate with a knife and put it in a big bowl (the kind you’d use for making a cake) warm the cream so it’s hot but not boiling then pour the cream over the chocolate and stir until it melts all the chocolate pieces and you won’t burn it/split the cream. This will also naturally help reduce the temp so it’s not as hot when you put it in the fridge 😘
Usually we do a whole packet of pasta (500g) for a family of 4 and then we have two smaller lunch portions means we always have enough and don’t have to weigh it out :-)

I think yours was so much nicer looking before you mashed it up. I would have served it whole with warm, fresh crusty bread with side salad but I love your family nights ❤️❤️
