One note on "cooking" (actually, melting) chocolate is to use a "double boiler". If you don't have one, one can be configured using two pans and something to keep them from touching (I use an inverted vegetable steamer). This keeps the chocolate at no higher than 100 degree heat and prevents burning.
I think that Harry shortchanges his ability to cook. Given the proper amount of time and education regarding cooking jargon, I'm certain that he may find that's he's OK at following instructions. I propose a "week's worth of Harry's cooking, from scratch" video. Dad may want to schedule a business trip at that time....😁

I love these videos 😁 just a little tip for If you ever make chocolate torte again, the topping is called a chocolate ganache so chop the chocolate with a knife and put it in a big bowl (the kind you’d use for making a cake) warm the cream so it’s hot but not boiling then pour the cream over the chocolate and stir until it melts all the chocolate pieces and you won’t burn it/split the cream. This will also naturally help reduce the temp so it’s not as hot when you put it in the fridge 😘

Usually we do a whole packet of pasta (500g) for a family of 4 and then we have two smaller lunch portions means we always have enough and don’t have to weigh it out :-)
