Please, I beg you to respect and take very good care of her. The world is watching especially us living in the Caribbean. Blessings.
Sue Qwamboka It can be, If you want to because the real German word for a farm is Bauernhof, which literally refers to Animal farming. If you tell a German you have a Bauernhof in Africa, he will automatically think you have cows. Shamba can be called Feld which means field ( Fußball Feld = Football Field ) or Garten which simply means garden.
For a Kenyan like me, the major interest in watching this video is seeing a Kenyan border region. I have never seen such an area before and have always been curious.
This is what i've been telling people, that, how can people starve when they are able to grow their own food, when they have a lot of arable land? They don't get it. Actually everything in this garden is edible. God is great: It is really wonderful how sweet potatoes are planted and grow. This when you get to appreciate God even more.
This is the next level stuff I was talking about, yes Marwa. Loved watching/ Learning about the rural country culture. I know your sister is busy but would love to see her be your travel partner for the rest of Africa and maybe one or two other places over seas.🙌🏿🙏🏿

OMG , that was very interesting for BOO to Experience. There is a little bit of a difference when it comes to West Africa and even to a difference to The Potato variety. First we call it HOE in English in West Africa and the local name is (BINGDE RANGO) binde means to weed, Rango is what you weed with. In West AFRICA we have a short handle for it and not the long one has you have. When it comes to iron, the formations are some times the same like yours and some times an almost a complete round shape we used in West Africa for both weeding and to Dig out the potato. We have a different variety of potato in West Africa when it come to the leaves of the potato. In West Africa , we have the variety with broad leaves but the potato itself are all the same in shape and form. In West Africa, we used some of the leaves to prepare a Delicious Recipe call --THE POTATO LEAVE SOUP or sauce and we can use any kind of meat in the soup with Palm Oil. In West Africa, we some time do as David has shown in the video, but some times because of the difference in variety, we have Roots all Ready on some of the potato plant, so we dig a hole and put the Roots in and then cover. Some times you can have a long straight of potato plant with Roots all along , so you can just dig a straight hole and put the whole plant Horizontally and then cover the Roots and the leaves above ground. In West Africa too , we used the potato both as a cash crop, and for consumption. Last , we have the pink colored potato and the white colored potato like you have. Now i want The Marwa Family to Guess which country in WEST Africa am i talking about? Just give it a try. Thanks.
