I forgot how good this cover was! I'm familiar with Peter Hollens, Johnathan Young, and Ken Tamplin from their repsective youtube channels, the others I didn't recognize. And no the female singer wasn't the person who originally sang as Mulan in the movie, that was Lea Solanga who also did the singing for Jasmine in animated Aladdin.

Y’all should hear his version of Amazing Grace!! He’s such a powerhouse as a vocalist! He’s Brazilian and has sung opera, 80’s metal rock, and even the Star Spangled Banner! I wouldn’t have heard his music unless he had sung Amazing Grace, because I’ve been listening to contemporary Christian music mostly, but I’m so glad that I found his channel!! I’m a new fan but a true one, for sure.
Amazing Grace was my first encounter with Dan Vasc because when the video showed up as a suggestion it read "Metal Singer Performs Amazing Grace" and I was intrigued since I'm a Christian and have heard and sung this song many times. Had it read anything else I might have decided to check it out later which might not have happened. Dan is also a Christian and pours his heart and soul into this performance as he does with everything. Others have said this is the way Amazing Grace should be sung and I wholeheartedly agree.
