Im 54 years old, and as long I can remember Iron Maiden have been around. Remember their album covers was quit scary, but at the same I was excited and curious. The tough guys in school in the 70/80s listened to them, I was not ready until 1982 when Number of The Beast album was released. I remember I buyed it on vinyl back then in a small local recordshop a crazy guy with his finnish girlfriend had here in Sweden, and on my way home I hide it in a plastic bag from my mum, I was abit worried she wouldnt like the album cover 😄 Crazy memories. I dunno if you’ve seen it yet but Janick Gers sometimes throws his guitar straight into the air, catches it and continues playing. 🤘🏻He’s a real showman and so happy playing the guitar.

You can go see them live; they are coming to the US this year! I’ll be seeing them with a niece in Chicago in October. She and I got first to the barrier in 2022 and she ended up with a drumstick…first Iron Maiden show for her and only her third ever concert! It was quite the experience and they must be seen in person!
I’ve seen them on every tour in the US since the Ed Hunter tour, except I missed Death on the Road, which has my favorite video versions of Paschendale and Dance of Death 😭

It's an excellent documentary, and it gives you a look at how they handle touring, how they keep active, and it's really a lot of fun!!&! A great group of guys, indeed!!&! You are all plenty small enough to crowdsurf without much worry of being dropped. I'm 6'7" and over 300 lbs and I have been hoisted up on the crowd and surfed for about 30 seconds before they tossed me over the barricade into the waiting security guards arms. It did take 4 guards to handle me, but I made it through with no problem. I say just go for it and have fun, most people are pretty respectful and will go out of their way to keep the crowdsurfers safe.

The Singer has his hair short because he is not only a singer, he is a Pilot and flys sometime for british Airways and trains new Pilot and he is the only singer that flys the privat band plane to the concerts.
They are strongly against drugs and most bandmembers have been married for a very long time. There are never scandals about them. They engage in sports and eat healthy. There is just one thing: beer! 😂

Lulu.is.in 11th grade, and yes, she is still the president of her FFA. her school started 2 weeks ago.
Iron maiden and Judas priest played this year in Sacramento California at aftershock festival. A 3 day event.
They are touring the U.S this fall - they will be in Ft. Worth and San Antonio in November.
