Question I have made many time these pre mix but my are over the 220 gm like 249gm
Can you plz explain me why
I have taken flour as you said 130 gm , half cup powder, sugar we get here, granulate sugar, but still, I still grind ground ,quarter , milk powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon or quarter teaspoon baking soda because I don’t like smell 1 foot teaspoon salt 1/8tsp c.
acid mix in mixi and keep but it is not like you are saying
