I would 100% buy a checklist. If I had one a year ago telling me what I needed and what I couldn’t bring to the UK it would’ve made everything so much simpler
Jessica reminds me that the internet, RUclips, and AI are all mirrors. Jessica is successful because of simple things like her humanity. She's relatable. This quality will allow her to compete with AI, because AI struggles the most with simple things like trust and relatability. Just like humans do. Mastering the simple things requires a subtle hand and a nuanced touch. You can't hack your way through the simple things. It's very hard to learn how to be likeable and relatable. But if you start here, you might go somewhere.
AI isn’t going out and making content or products all by itself. There’s a human initiating the work. So you’re not competing against AI. You’re competing against people using a new tool. No different from people who use photoshop, a word processor, or a paintbrush. Some people will use AI beautifully and you won’t even know. Some will use them without finesse. Just like all our ordinary tools.
You are fantastic! Love your videos and positivity with a splash of southern twang :) Question, If you create a digital worksheet in canva do you have to do something specific when selling it as a digital product so that someone can use this and actually write in/on it via their iPad? If you have a video on this - could you point me in the right direction?
Jessica, I just found your channel and subscribed. You really got to the point and cleared a lot of questions up for me regarding marketing print products. Mine being creative products. Hope to learn more from you.😊
I love your videos, I end up always watching your digital product videos. So this one was perfect. I have been working on so many things and digital products was my next adventure, so this video came right on time!
How do you find an audience for templates? And how do save a template in canva to then give it to a customer so that they can edit it? You’re amazing btw!!
These are some great ideas but how do you go about selling them: creating a link, do you need a website how to get paid and how all this is done. I am hoping you come up with this type of video!! Thanks! Go Gilmore Girls!
Hi Jessica, a couple other successful bloggers suggested selling items that are otherwise offered as freebies in blog posts (ie, checklists and worksheets). In fact, they do this...people buy them. How do you feel about that? My thought is..what if they found/purchased my digital worksheet on Pinterest, then read the post where they could have gotten it for free? Will they feel duped?
I would avoid doing that for exactly the reason you stated. So if you’re giving away something for free, don’t charge for it elsewhere. Or offer a basic version for free and sell an expanded version. The expansion doesn’t have to be huge. Just enough so that when someone buys it and then they see your basic free version they don’t feel ripped off.
lol a template is basically a layout or the foundation for something you are trying to create. Example, If you wanted to create a RUclips Content Calendar using clickup and Jessica created a video showing you hers in ClickUp, She has essentially added all of the necessary things to make it usable for a youtube channel. If you like the setup that she has already created you could purchase her "template" so that you don't have to spend hours learning how to get it the way that she had hers. All you would have to do is add your video details. I hope that helps!
I know it's not your fault, but I've been targeted again by fake whatsapp in replying to threads, please remove the links straightaway as a lot of people can be conned by them, they look like you are replying and leading to another site of yours.

I love your content and delivery! Thank you for sharing this.

Always with the great tips, thank you. I’ll be waiting on the next video. I’m trying to get away from Etsy.
why so wehre do you sell your product?
@@agadirtheme2508 I recently opened my website.
Can you do a video about posting frequently and if it affects video views?
Yes please! Or what your week of youtube planning looks like, too!
Where would you sell these? On Etsy?
The Etsy thing is so true! lol I laughed when you said that!
I’m guessing you’ll need a Canva subscription to design templates?
Canva has a lot of free templates, you normally pay if they are more in depth
Yes.
Where are you sleeping these other than Etsy

yeah inspiring but where is the proof it will really work (still)
Why nobody explains what’s a template 😂

@@iamlashawnda It definitely does. Thanks for going the extra step to explain the purpose.

ClickUp is an app she's referencing.
