As a childe main, when i see a horde of more than 3 enemies, i get this urge to kill them with riptide
The only thing with that level of satisfaction is punching anemoboxer fatui to death with Heizou. It's literally just pressing delete and it never gets old.
My reasons to pull for him:
- very dripped out character
- fatui harbinger
- m*rder hobo
- dead inside but well dressed
- He thinks snow would make a good backdrop for blood shed
- HIS FREAKING LAUGH WHEN HE DOES THAT THINSGS AEJRHBAKRG
- riptide
He's is the Johnwick of teyvat kind but cold and deadly

Childe signature weapon was originally the rust,it came with his first banner,plus the aesthetic is similar and also the passive helps him a lot,but hoyo added the polar star bc after childe first banner every character started to get a signature 5* weapon instead of a 4*,so our boy wasnt gonna be neglected
I have him since 1.1,he was my first limited banner character,got him in my heart and i still use him till today,with kazuha bennet and xiangling he is brutally good

I waited all video for you to mention that being able to switch from melee to bow is super useful. Need to knock down that flying thing, switch to bow. Need to ravage a mob, switch to daggers. He also applies hydro faster than any other unit, AND has the fastest attack speed out of any unit. Been maining him since his release, and he never disappoints. Always solid. Always works. He's a must-pull if you don't have a good hydro dps.
Tartaglia was my first 5* unit (1.1 update) and I STILL LOVE HIM

doesnt really matter what other people's opinion, as long as you enjoyed play childe go for it. people be sayin childe doesnt crit, childe got no damage, childe have trash cons but in the end, it will always your preferences matters. all hail best homie

I got him rn and I was on a 50/50 i screamed I love tartaglia so much.
Same here. I didn't even want him. I wanted C6 heizou and C6 Thoma. I had 30 wishes left until 50/50, but Hoyo gave me Childe on my first 10 pull. I used 100 wishes and got C4-c6 heizou, C4-c6 Thoma, C0-C1 Layla, C0 Childe, and C0 Candace. No lie, I was pretty upset about getting Childe because I have C1 Raiden and I really want her C2. Now I'm searching for videos to make the best of my Childe situation

I already have Childe since version 2.2 and he does so much dmg in my team. He carries my whole team until this day. He can make up to 1M dmg C0 Childe.
I decided to get Childe after a long time of indecision and Qiqi decided that having her at C2 wasn’t enough

My fav things with Childe is, Hes a Ranged AND melee unit (In a way) so if you use Raiden with him and such you can auto atttack with his bow on thos pesky flyers, bring them down and then go nuts in melee mode once they comes down, he can hit hard and does so much AoE to, one of my fav characters by far and i was blessed with getting his signature weapon aswell one of my best artifacts is for him, a 46CV heart of depths ATK Sands

Nice bro ! I was kinda skeptical about pulling for him given that I was already interested in raiden and ayaka... but I started loving his riptides a lot.... ima pull for him 😁
I pulled for him in his 3.2 banner got him after reaching 75 pity :,) levelled him up to 63, 4-3-3 talents with 40-100 crit and crit damage ratio and one things for sure HE ONLY CRITS WHEN HE WANTS TO....my guy will crit on level 56 enemies and NOT crit when I want him to..but oh boy he is real fun to play with! :D
I still ain’t pulling but Tortilla is a pretty good character best of luck to ya’ll

I was planning to pull for raiden but after playing his trial I was impressed. Plus didn't have a good 5 star dps in my team I played the 50/50 on his banner. And won!

recently I started building him for the first time, and trust me if you sleep on childe like i did you are locking yourself out of insanely potent dmg. I have yet to clear abyys and even tho fontaine enemies are the bane to hydro users currently, he'll carry your team when you build him with best stuff you have.

I was trying to get Yae Miko but got C2 Qiqi and then accidentally got Childe, but honestly I'm pretty happy with him.

players actually underrate childe so much (mostly western community) srsly they have so many misconceptions about his kit and playstyle

SAME HERE!!! A SINGLE FREAKING 10 PULL!!! I wanted to cry. I just wanted C6 Heizou, which I got, and then I wanted to save for C2 Raiden (currently C1). Hoyo has been constantly blessing me on the wishes. I was really hoping to lose this time to build pity for Raiden :-(
1. Tartaglia main tip for new and old tartaglia mains,The rust even at r5 is a shittier option then amos bow and just isn't agood weapon for him because he does 2 auto's then a charged, you'd lose out on damage if you use rust.
Finally someone with braincells. Tired of seeing people recommending rust for him

I’ve neglected him for a LONG time. Even though I have skyward harp. Now with dendro I’ve been using him in a hyperbloom team with raiden and traveler. It’s honestly scary I’m hitting 25k per hyperbloom.

I just went ahead and pulled Childe, there’s not gonna be an end game so who you’ll pull won’t matter that much. Considering we’re never getting end game, just pull for who you think

An advice, people should at least pull c2 heizou. The pull effect is very helpful for those who don't have kazuha and sucrose. And Heizou nukes!
kazuha and sucrose is for gathering enemies for childe riptides but heizou what can do for childe ?
@@crcrsenpai8574 c2 of heizou has a pull effect, so for those who doesn't have kazuha or sucrose like me, c2 heizou does the trick. Also heizou does crazy damage so you can switch between heizou and childe optimally.

I always say that if you have one or the other you shouldn't pull for the other because of how similar they are
Ayato is basically childe with more personal dmg less hydro application and easier to play and has more teams where he is better than childe but childe has international which is a really good team
Its ironic because they are such a contrast to Yelan and XQ
You should 100% get both XQ and Yelan because together they are fucking busted and even on their own they are amazing
XQ being more of a support and a hydro applier and Yelan leaning more on being a sub DPS

You forgot to mention that he is the only character in game that have two burst animation
Despite not really use him (I like his reptide, don't misunderstand), I feel like it felt wrong without pulling all Harbingers. The game is easy now btw, regardless their kits complement each other or not.
