OCaml Bug Hunting for Serde & Riot & More Nix flakes 🐫 ❄️ (nix riot part 8)

We start by fixing a compilation error in the s-expression lib for serde and finish our flake for serde/sexpr. We continue our extreme skill demonstration by updating the atacama socket pool library to depend on the latest version of Riot/Rio and finish our flake for atacama. All in all, a productive OSS OCaml session!

With a dozen or so libraries in the Riot stack, we have our work cut out for us! Building nix flakes for every project is going to take some time, but by the end of it, I'm hoping the reproducible builds and ability to opt out of opam will be worth it! It was also a great way for me to learn nix by repetition.
