Lucy is 19 years old now. In March this year she will have her first solo concert, in Manchester (UK). You really have found another awesome singer. Lucy has made a few CD's already. I discovered her not long after she released this and I love Leonard Cohen and I love all his stuff and I love the KD Lang who actually performed this at the Olympics, and the Jeff Buckley performance and all of that, but this has grown to become my favorite version. It's kind of my secret hope that you will start from here and discover her and sometimes she and her sister doing Duets starting from when Lucy was 16 like this and her sister Martha is 6 years younger. Lucy is now 19 and nearly 20, and so there are definitely things to watch now that would give you a benchmark but it would be interesting to see you go through the chronological journey. Let's just popped up in my feed but I'm so glad you reacted to it. I discovered her not long after she released this and I love Leonard Cohen and I love all his stuff and I love the KD Lang who actually performed this at the Olympics, and the Jeff Buckley performance and all of that, but this has grown to become my favorite version.
It's kind of my secret hope that you will start from here and discover her and sometimes she and her sister doing Duets starting from when Lucy was 16 like this and her sister Martha is 6 years younger. Lucy is now 19 and nearly 20, and so there are definitely things to watch now that would give you a benchmark but it would be interesting to see you go through the chronological journey.
