HA-FTX, Robinson R44 II - Take-off / Landing

This aircraft is a Robinson R44 II four-seated light helicopter, powered by a Lycoming IO-540-AE1A5 four stroke, air-cooled boxer engine with six cylinders, driven by petrol. Introduction of this type was in 1993, nowadays, R44 became one of the most-produced "general aviation" aircraft of the 21st century. R44 is a multi purpose helicopter, it is mainly used for passenger flights, training flights, broadcasting flights, agricultural purposes and also used in the Helicopter World Cup for various competition numbers.
The R44’s aerodynamic fuselage optimizes airspeed and fuel economy. Hydraulic controls eliminate feedback forces and provide responsive handling. A low tail-rotor tip speed, newly designed muffler and large cambered tail reduce flyover noise. (robinsonheli.com/r44-specific...)
HA-FTX was built in 2007, for a short time it was registered as D-HVVZ. It was completely overhauled in 2019 as the calendar time of the airframe and the engine expired. Nowadays it is based in Budaörs Airfield, operated by Fly-Coop Kft. (www.flycoop.hu/), and mainly used for training and passenger flights.
