As for the shoulder band, I'm not sure...it would probably depend on what best flatters the frame of the wearer 😀

I cant say for sure.. I mostly do acrylic yarn. Maybe do a small piece to see how much it can stretch. But the pattern itself is designed to stretch

Beautiful! I like both looks, with or without band at the top. Definitely on my list to make. How do you determine how many skeins/grams to purchase? How wide is the waistband?
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️ When it comes to buying yarn I actually always buy like 10 skeins of the same color 😂 cause it's cheaper. But I think I used around 6-7 skeins for this one. The waistband is 8cm.

Hey, with a tape measure or just measure against the body. For example I wanted it to fit real snug so I work enough rows stretched it out to go around my body. There's not much to it. Are you having any specific problems with measurements? (Thank you ❤️❤️❤️ I couldn't add the arms because the dress was ordered as is, but I will do another design with arms in future
