    Just a tip....metal squeegees are worth the cost because they don't ever warp if they get wet

    You definitely don't need a press for a few shirts, but holy shit I couldn't imagine doing 200 shirts like this

      lets say 3 mins for each t-shirt.its 10 hours.you just need to spend 2 hours per day and in five days you are done!

      If you have to do 200 shirts then you are capable of upgrading to a press

      @@CoolcashPlays depends on where you're at. I built my first press after getting a 1000 shirt order. Prior to that everything was off 1 screen hand placed

    Any issues with the paint peeling at sharp corners? I seem to have that issue with shirts.
    Also what’s the difference between higher mesh count screens and lower?

      You might not have cured your print. Low mesh count lets more ink through so is good for things like text and a high mesh count is for more detailed prints like photo realistic

      @@THORFANG you can use a heat gun if your on a budget but you can use a heat press to cover the whole design evenly. Theres many videos on youtube if you need a guide.

    What size screen do you use for your graphic and could it be the same size for small through xtra large?

      Yes. regardless of shirt size, if the design is in the middle, it doesnt make a difference.

      You take mineral spirits or some sort of cleaning agent for the ink,even water…wipe it down an print with the next color.

      You can use the same screen over and over until it deteriorates. Just wash the ink out after using and between colors.

    How did you get the images? Can I just use images on Google because on the website for the pre-burnt screens it says they have to be in a PDF and all black and white and I’m just not sure how to do that.

      You can burn it yourself, honestly it’s a learning process but it’s pretty easy once there’s practice after 2-3 times! 😅 buy a print (fedex- with your logo) grab some emulsion to coat the screen and burn it with either a UV light or expose it to the sun with your logo on top of the screen, wash it off! Done ✅
