Yeah they kinda are. I think they expected you to watch the video demo (the link to it doesn’t work though). The demo is on RUclips but this video does a better job explaining it
Started playing this game and its full of shit for single player, you try and conserve your power so you let the cards move forward but your card decks end up running out, eventually the animatronics will end up being at the hallway no matter what with you low power, you think this game is fun until you learn you have a 70% loss rate due to the power depletion cards and power saving to build up more animatronics at the hallway anyways. I mean I counted and theirs 7 power depletion cards out of the 48 included, 4 deaths, (animatronics) 7 wounds, so 11 vs 37 action cards are punishment cards, I mean you would think this would be easy? It needed me watching this video to understand how to play, newer games even videogames seem more of a challenge than winning, just compare this game to uno and you'll understand.
Thank you very much for showing this, now I can play, and I ordered it yesterday, I can't wait to play it. But can you do a 2 player version just in case.
When you draw a what was that card with the downward arrow, you draw another and if it is the same card I read that you discard the two? Or do you keep drawing?
Gracias por este tutorial se que cuesta aprender inglés pero solo ver los movimientos que haces a la hora de jugar no es complicado gracias por el tutorial me ha servido demasiado
Question. If you get a down arrow card and it's a Freddy eg do you place another card down? Or do you only do this if the first card is him? And if you chose not to react to the down card and then it's him, does he automatically go down a deck?
What happens if I have 4 "What was that?" Cards in a row, all pointing left? If I decide to move the Camera monitor card does that mean it goes all the way to my office since all the ones infront of them have an "What was that?" Ponting left?
During Phase 3, when I resolve a What Was That? Down arrow card and I reveal an Animatronic, do I flip over another card until I reveal a non-Animatronic?
Yes, I would think so. And the card you flip over as a result of the animatronic card would automatically resolve too, creating a very unfortunate combo of sorts. And any animatronic cards cards that are resolved get shuffled into the deck one space closer to the office
Basically it works the same way. The only difference is that if you outlive the other player you automatically win. You don't necessarily have to make to 6am. If both players make it to 6am then the tie breaker is whoever has the most energy leftover.
One question though... The instructions says: If you ever have to subtract more power from your Power Dial than you have power, you don’t subtract power this turn and react to nothing. So...do you still bother rolling? I mean it’s possible you can roll a Blank. Example) I have 5% power left on the Power Dial and want to resolve a card. A 5% Power Depletion Card is also out on the board. Can I even try to resolve the one card that’s out? If I roll the dice and get a 10, do I not do anything and resolve all of it?
If I understand your example correctly I would think you would roll the die (but not both dice because if there's a power depletion card out and you try to resolve 2 cards that would be an automatic 10% power loss, which you don't have) and if you get a blank then you would spend your last 5% to resolve the card. If you roll anything else you would not be able to react to the card and would not use your last 5%.
Further, if there were more than one power depletion cards out then you couldn't react, and wouldn't roll the die, as you wouldn't have enough power to react.
@@Love2HateBGreviews ...but it sounds like you at least get the chance the roll. If you end up getting a 10, then you do nothing and resolve all the cards possible. Thank you !
My son just got the game and I feel the instructions are weak. Appreciate the thorough play-through !!

Yea they are sometimes hard to understand and learn to play due to all the parts and how they work etc.
It finally came in and I'm playing it
and since I watched your how to play, thanks man keep it up 🤟😝
Let us know what you think of it!
"Freddy Fozbear"
I cringed when I heared that
You know, the popular app game?
They don't eat you, but they do try to stuff you inside a suit.
Who cares
@@Springal43 basically every fnaf fan ever
Yeah but unless u care about the lore, it shouldn't be a mistake u have to comment about 😂
The app? FNAF was originally a PC game
You're right, I just was used to playing it more so on my phone than anywhere else so thats why I called it an app. Sorry for any confusion.
They don’t eat you if they catch you, in the video game series, they actually stuff you into a spring lock suit and that turns you into one of them.
It's a little mistake, calm down
@@Electrix21 yea but it’s lore and that’s pretty important, and he also said the game came from phones and tablets which ain’t true either
very cool game... i wish i could have it tho

It's the same with 2 player, pretty close to impossible to win.

Sure thing! We'll try and get it played this weekend.

I know this video was uploded about 2 years ago but, animatronics eating you?, they stuff you into an animatronic costume

Obviamente tendras que hacer lo que te pide o reaccionar a dos cartas para evitar que entre tantas movidas llegue el animatronic al cuarto de cámara.

Personally, I go left to right. So if there was 4 what was that cards they’d all be done separately.

I believe you only draw another card after an animatronic is drawn in the first phase.
Hey! I was wondering if this is the same way you play with 2 people?

Wait you don’t have to react to the card after revealing an animatronic? No wonder we made the game hard.
No you do, he should have rolled 2 die for both cards instead of just one or just chose one card.

What determination! It's not as easy game for sure.
Imagine 2 animatronics at the hallway and you have flipped 4 power depletion card ; and you rolled a 20%
