ST200 V6 Cougar owner here. You can absolutely change your plugs on the rear (right) bank without removing the UIM. You can even do so if you've done the ST200 conversion from the basic ST24 becaue they have the same exteral dimensions. Those ProSpark leads are really good, far cheaper than what Ford wants, and unless you're going mental they are perfectly fine. But do make sure that you use the cab;e guides because otherwise they will wear through on the edges of the rocker covers. Lastly, please be aware that there are two different types of coil pak and leads, depending on when the car was built. Make sure you get tjhe right set.

Just one question! What does UIM mean?
