In this video We’ll be cooking directly in the middle of a rain storm out in the wild. Me and the team head out in the wild to cook up some Jamaican Food but little did we know a rain storm was heading our way. We bring our gas stove along with a table and other kitchen necessaries only to get everything wet/soak, but that couldn’t stop us.
Today I’ll be showing you how to cook my Jamaican brown stew oxtail with rice and peas using the kidney beans and one of my very own meals the ackee and salt fish pasta.
