When she’s not working one of her 3 cooking jobs, our talented friend Yunia is preparing some of the best tamales in town and popping up at different locations and events around town. She puts her diverse knowledge of food and flavors together with restaurant-honed techniques and the result is STELLAR: duck mole, shortrib, salsa verde carnitas, insanely delicious flavors.
