I went with half a size cause I was scared TTS would be super tight, it did have a bit of room on the heel but after replacing the factory insoles with slightly thicker ones they fit perfect.
copped some for resale and dang they’re hella comfortable and cushioned. im pretty sure that’s standard for SB’s but for a jordan it makes the shoe more wearable for casual events.

I'm a skater I came on to see your thoughts on how they hold up for flip tricks? Mostly switch hard late pressures? So if you could skate them around a bit and then post a video of how they're holding up after a sick session at the triple set I'd really appreciate it.
Trust me guys these look way better in hand. I'd give these a solid 8.5/10. They definitely feel alot better than all my other 4s
I agree with you there, I'd give these an 8 or an 8.5. These days however I'll never buy shoes (especially for over retail) unless I'd rate them a 9.

A lot of things about this shoe should be standard imo. The shape, wider midfoot, rubber back tab, softer tongue....this is just overall a much better version of a Jordan 4

I’m not a fan of 4s, but these were peeking my interest because they’re SB so I wanted to skate in them. They came in and they feel AMAZING. Personally best Jordan 4 ever released, quality was amazing and skating in them is amazing

No disrespect, but the quality is not amazing on these. Nike have a knack of making cheap materials feel and look better than they actually are. Amazing quality would be the Dior 1s which were made with premium Italian leather. I can assure you these are a C grade leather at best.

It’s a great shoe, but let’s not let recency bias say it’s the best 4 of all time. Still giving that title to the Bred 4 for the history it’s made and just how sleek and beautiful it looks
It’s not recency bias, comparing this pair of 4s objectively to every other 4, based on the criteria I talked about in this vid, it’s better than all of them
It’s opinion based. If you’re talking that it’s the most comfortable Jordan 4 of all time, yeah it probably is. However, some people may not like how flexible it is, they might not like how the rubber replaced the plastic parts, and etc. it’s brought something new to the table for 4s which is great, but crowning it as the greatest 4 of all time is a hot take. Lot of subjectivity on the conversation , but nonetheless, you made a great video

I've seen a leaked pair in a white/royal blue color way. Prefer those
ngl i took an L in all the raffles I entered 😂 and just had to cop for resale. This was my first pair of AJ4 ever so I’m stoked abt it. Overall a great fit except the right side is kinda pinching my pinky toe like you mentioned.
I don’t have an issue with people wearing them to be honest. The only issue I have is the resellers. Ya know, this is a shoe I REALLY REALLY wanted (to skate or casual, doesn’t matter) and if resellers are gonna buy them… I mean come on, that’s so sad, just find a real job instead of reselling. Other people are working their ass of, or even in the weekend to buy some really nice shoes for retail, and then there are the resellers that just buy them to make profit, extremely lame if you ask me

I think they're super comfortable also but still kills my pinky toe but only on my right foot for some reason 😂. Going to have to stretch them out somehow. I do wish they kept the zoom unit in there but I get why they didn't. And no I'm not skating these either. I skated before and I used to collect SBs, some I just found in the garage boxed up, but those days are over for me.

Same here. Toeboxes of 3s, 4s, and 6s tend to do that before they're all the way broken in.

Agree with everything you said in the video. I usually have to go half a size up for Jordan 4s because they are pinky toe killers and so uncomfy. These can be true to size and finally fit normally.

Saw two people wearing em a few days ago in Munich, one of em was an employee from Solebox...
She meant that they are a tiny little bit more comfortable but that the insole is kinda slippy and that they felt a bit "weird" as she started wearing em...
Lookwise I clearly prefer the Breds, Fire Reds, Taupe Hazes, Canyon Purples, Neons, What the's and White cements...
And the Title "best 4 of all time" clearly goes to the Breds!

Using the 'Cost of materials' argument would make almost all things sold in the world 'not worth it'. The parts of an iphone put together don't cost more than $50, yet it sells for >$1000. If you had some leather and suede in your house, would you be able to make this shoe? Things are much more valuable than just 'Cost of materials'
@@JoshDominic Trust me, something tells me there's way more r&d behind an iPhone than there is in a J4 (a silhouette that first released in 1989). Now, regarding the value aspect, it's obviously relative. I'm sure you'd pay even $600 for these 4s, and I wouldn't even pay $100 cause they mean nothing to me and I don't fall easily for Nike's and JB's fabricated hype. I'm sure with enough practice I'd be able to make some shoes if I have the materials 😊

Lol… this aged well! $370 is a steal and these shoes will be 1k by the end of 2024. Only 41k produced, the most comfortable 4 ever made, and they are absolute fucking fire! I’m 43 and been a huge fan of 4s since they released when I was in 4th grade. Imo they are the best 4 to date. But too each their own. Regardless of what you think, the sneaker community agreed that they are fire and pretty much everyone said it was show of the year. The prices have been creeping up and I don’t see it stopping anytime soon. It’s a 4…it’s an SB, and the first one of its kind. Still no word of another colorway unless they surprise us in 2024, there’s nothing out there yet, with a ton of shoes already announced. So these SB4 will 100% be worth money, like most all SBs. I doubled up, got an 11.5 to wear and my first pair, size 11 is DS
