You can add , change, and put your own twist to make food appetizing, and delicious. I can’t stand folks going overboard , keep our foods mostly traditional is the best. Nd that my friends is why we call it chicken curry and not curry chicken we cook our curry paste then add the chicken not add the dryness on the meat and then cook lol
