    I watched you cooking I like the way you articulated and incorporated the ingredients, it reminds me of real Guyanese cooking, omitting the excessive unwanted things. You can add , change, and put your own twist to make food appetizing, and delicious. I can’t stand folks going overboard , keep our foods mostly traditional is the best. Continue the good work best to you always 😂.

    Favorite way for me to eat my bunjal is with dhall and rice 🍚, sometimes with Roti.😋😋🙏❤🇬🇾

    Enjoyed watching you cook. You are right. You don't need to put all that extra ingredients when you cook. Most people in the country side used tomato paste. Take care.

    dal and rice is needed for that bunjal chicken that looks so delicious wish we had smell-o-vision or smell - o- youtube.

    Nd that my friends is why we call it chicken curry and not curry chicken we cook our curry paste then add the chicken not add the dryness on the meat and then cook lol

    I like watching your cooking channel, and have enjoyed it a lot. I do however, have one comment. You always say "going in with...," which to me sound a bit odd. Instead of using going in with..., why not say "add" to the....Thanks and keep up the good work advocating Indian cooking.
