mines leg and waist joins are super loose do you know how i could fix that??

If it's the ball joints at the waist and hips, then an easy fix is to pop it apart (put it in some warm water first if it feel like it's a struggle to get apart) then put a small piece of paper in the socket and pop the ball back it. That'll give it a bit more friction.
