Dude I’m going to see you in two days… also GREAT REVIEW!
oh just seen this! I have seen you, epic weekend
I'm incredibly excited for this release. I got in on the super early bird price for the creative package. I love how versatile this system is and think it'll be perfect for my video/photography needs when I get the Lumix S5iiX in May. Also, I'll be saving money over buying all those filters individually. That's a huge win!
yes and yes and ... yes 🙂
Would it work with a matte box, like the smallrig mini matte box?
I'm not sure but I can't see why not
What lens did you use for this video? Love the bokeh
It was all filmed with Sony 50mm f1.2 GM
@@PavSZ amazing 🤩
I own old magnetic Freewll VND system and I would advise anyone NOT to buy anything from Freewell because none of the RUclipsrs who get stuff like this free will tell you the truth and some very important things.
1. If you brake/damage/loose any of the base filters, the set becomes useless and Freewell will not sell you replacement or separate parts, but force you to buy whole new crazy expensive kit.
2.Their "Customer service" is terrible....and that is the nice way of saying how bad it is.
3. They have NON transferable warranty policy....wich is laughable. If you want to sell the filters for some reason or buy used ones ( even if they are 10 days old ), the warranty is not valid.
4. The cross pattern IS visible!
5. The quality of the products is hit and miss like with some other companies from China. In my first set base Mist filter had defect and the photos were not blurry.
If you need good quality filters and customer support I would avoid Freewell big time.
you obviously had bad experience with them.
I have 3 different magnetic systems of theirs and use them all the time. I don't even use supplied cases. I just throw them in my camera bag. I also use mist, soft and streak filters and some drone filters too. Never had issues with any of them. I had no issue with communicating with Freewell on Instagram or Facebook either.
None of the VNDs I have show cross patter and I have used them with 14 and 16mm lenses.
I can't say anything about warranty, I just don't know anything about it. Never had any complaints about their products yet.
@@PavSZ That is very strange because i know few people who have the same problems similar to mine and horrible customer service.
I have x patern on both filters ends even on 17 mm.
Of course you will have no issue communicating with their support because since you do presentation for them.
@@HrvojeGolubic The VNDs I have, have too small range to cross.
I did have to message them with questions about their products on instagram and facebook and the people managing the accounts had no idea who I was.
All it needs is a magnetic Matte box😅
Matte boxes are totally impractical - especially when shooting hand held photos or even video
They say it's fake leather, good for us vegans :)
it smells like leather a bit to me. Good to know that it isn't
