@Wus Poppin Mayne Sac Republic FC is a semi-professional team. The USL Championship is a second tier Soccer League nowhere near the success that is Major League Soccer. Sacramento got fleeced of their MLS Franchise when Ron Burkle "chickened out" and ran. What's worse is back then the MLS expansion fee was around $325 million and now it will be at least $500 million if not more. I am hopeful that Sac Republic will eventually get the MLS Franchise that it deserves but it won't be among the next two after San Diego. Las Vegas is all but certain to be the 31st Franchise and it will be a toss-up for the 32nd but going against the likes of Detroit, Phoenix, and Tampa Bay...Sacramento will have a tough road head admittedly.
@@KevinGonzalez33470 second, third, fourth tier. Doesn't matter. Sac Republic fc is 100 percent a professional team. Yes they are not in the top teir , but that has nothing to do with being professional and semi professional.
@@KevinGonzalez33470 and I'm not too pressed on being in a league with franchises, the MLS and the lack of an open tiered system with multiple levels that has relegation and promotion will always hold this country back from it's full potential in dealing with soccer.
Sac Republic FC is already a professional team.
