I really appreciate the emphasis on application and believing the Gospel. It would have been good to hear more definitive reasons why Ez. 37-38 and the battle of Gog and Magog is distinct from Rev 20:9 and Zachariah 14. It just seems excessive multiplication of events to add this as an event between Armageddon and Rev 20:9. In the premil view, it seems it fits better if the battle of Gog and Magog in Ez. 38 happens at the end of the millennium. If one is more inclined towards an amillennial partial-preterism, then one would understand the AD 70 destruction of Jerusalem to fit Rev 5-19 (the focus being on the Tribes of the land and the great city, where also the Lord was crucified, Rev 11:8), the martyrs of that first generation are now with Christ on thrones in heaven (Rev 20:3), and now we are looking forward to Israel’s redemption and salvation in Christ (Ez. 37:22-28), during the current Gospel/millennial age, when the peace of Israel would be fulfilled by their ingrafting into Christ (Rom. 11:12; Ez. 37:26). Then, in the future, when Satan again is released to bring deception to the some of the gentile nations, and bring war to redeemed Israel, then Ez. 38:8 and Rev. 20:9 occur, along with Mat:24:38, when Israel (and the Gentiles who also have been grafted into God’s one people) welcomes the return of Christ. And he comes to save them from their unbelieving enemies. Either way, it seems most likely that Ez. 38 should be identified with Rev 20:9. Something to consider!
DREAM - MAY 2018 (J-U-N-E) It was the shortest dream I have had but the most powerful. It seemed to take only 2-3 seconds of actual time. It opened with me looking at / over / across an empty field. You were great until you hit the wall on the timing of the attack. The timing you propose just doesn’t add up to what is said in Ezekiel. They need 7 years to cleanse the land. To think they will do that during the tribulation is difficult to imagine. The criteria you expect for the peace & safety condition to be met will not occur until the millennial kingdom. I can safely travel to Israel and safely enjoy a vacation there. They are one of the safest countries in the world. It would have been good to hear more definitive reasons why Ez. 37-38 and the battle of Gog and Magog is distinct from Rev 20:9 and Zachariah 14.
It just seems excessive multiplication of events to add this as an event between Armageddon and Rev 20:9. In the premil view, it seems it fits better if the battle of Gog and Magog in Ez. 38 happens at the end of the millennium.
If one is more inclined towards an amillennial partial-preterism, then one would understand the AD 70 destruction of Jerusalem to fit Rev 5-19 (the focus being on the Tribes of the land and the great city, where also the Lord was crucified, Rev 11:8), the martyrs of that first generation are now with Christ on thrones in heaven (Rev 20:3), and now we are looking forward to Israel’s redemption and salvation in Christ (Ez. 37:22-28), during the current Gospel/millennial age, when the peace of Israel would be fulfilled by their ingrafting into Christ (Rom. 11:12; Ez. 37:26). Then, in the future, when Satan again is released to bring deception to the some of the gentile nations, and bring war to redeemed Israel, then Ez. 38:8 and Rev. 20:9 occur, along with Mat:24:38, when Israel (and the Gentiles who also have been grafted into God’s one people) welcomes the return of Christ. And he comes to save them from their unbelieving enemies.
Either way, it seems most likely that Ez. 38 should be identified with Rev 20:9.

It was the shortest dream I have had but the most powerful. It seemed to take only 2-3 seconds of actual time.
It opened with me looking at / over / across an empty field. It was peaceful and nothing was happening. Immediately, the ground shook and burst open. Up out of the ground came four massive monoliths, huge carved stones (imagine stone henge size). The stones were white. Each had been carved to form a letter. The letters spelt J-U-N-E. The dream ended and I was wide eyed and awake.
Obviously this was revealing something earth shattering, something monumental, something powerful. It was written in stone, promised and guaranteed, set to happen? Something that would occur in JUNE. But what, and in which year?

We cannot know the mind of God. Would it seem more practical to name machine guns, tanks , artillery, NBC Weapons, jet airplanes, etc.,, Who would have understood their significance? Words and names and concepts that were nonexistent at the time, rendering The Book of Ezekiel useless .Therefore seek wisdom, the one thing you can count on is mankind' s willingness to make war, in any era. That is the constant. It's quite interesting to see how people believe even the noble horse would be in great abundance as to nearly out number the soldiers themselves. How long would it take to breed and train these magnificent animals in such large numbers, especially after an apocalypse when many animals and humans have perished. Again it calls for wisdom, The Book of Ezekiel was not confusing to people of that day when it came to warfare. Likewise it should not confuse us. We have the benefit of seeing mankind's progression to the deadliest weaponry ever known. Having seen such, our wisdom should've increased. We know a sword represents a rifle or any of the many hand held weaponry. Shields are armor, tanks ,reinforced weaponry, and thanks to the wheel and tracks we can move or advance as if on horses' If I have missed something please enlighten me. I am always eager to learn.

He didn't write anything down, since he was probably illiterate. Biblical scholars mostly agree that the 4 gospels were not written by Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John. They were written by some other folks about 50 to 70 years after JC died, so the chances of these anonymous authors misquoting him are pretty high. Never-the-less, people have been waiting for 2,000 years for something that will never happen.

And if he was God, then was God dead for a couple of days? Who was running the universe while he was dead? The Bible was not written by God. It was written by men and translated by men from Aramaic to Greek to Latin to English. It was changed and misinterpreted by all these translators and can't be trusted.
