Ruben Perez is a deaf child with a huge passion for communicating with the entire world. He studies at Gaudem School in Madrid.
Ruben's talk is about Sign Language, he narrates his experience at the Gallaudet University, an American School, in which Sign Language is the official language and appreciated by deaf people.
