My name is Ryan Tafazolli, pro footballer for Wycombe Wanderers in the Championship.
Here on my channel I’ll give you a unique insight into life as a pro footballer, what it's like on the training ground, the changing rooms & much more behind the scenes.
Not only that, as someone who has played professional football for the last 12 years, I’ve built up a vast amount of knowledge that I can share with you guys to help you become the best footballers.

Love the video Taf, unreal content and insight as always. Thought it was really interesting when you got booked and were saying to the ref " I understand that decision" You mentioned in a previous blog about almost trying to get the ref onside to get future decisions and in this instance it would help in the situation when you were on a yellow.

Ryan , need your opinion mate , if you were in a position to stay at a club and gain first team experience being 21 in April for the next 3 years but it’s not a good level like u know u should be higher and are enough , or u make the jump go to the club u wanna go to and take the sacrifice because u know it’s a higher league and they’ll be better players and you’ll adapt to playing at a higher level so u can push on , Please help mate sorry for the long message
If it was me mate I’d go to the higher club. Surround yourself with better players and you’ll become better. Worst case could always go back on loan to the team you’re at now maybe?

Do those energy gels and supplements or whatever make it hard to sleep after games? I remember Jack Wilshire saying he used to find it really hard to sleep after a game cos of all the caffeine or whatever
Nah mate def not for 3pm kick offs. With or without the energy gels it’s always hard to sleep after night games because of the adrenaline build up anyway 👍

what grip socks u use mate?
Taff, what’s your thoughts on interval training? I often do one minute walk, one minute jog and one minute run on a treadmill for 30 mins. Worthwhile or waste of time?
Yeah depends what you’re trying to achieve mate.. what’s your goal?
Boost stamina and lose weight. I got told it sort of replicates playing football with your heart rate. One minute you’re walking, then next you’re into a jog/run and then into an explosive sprint. I’ve just came back from a groin strain, so using that to build up strength again in my groin and get back to my previous levels of fitness.
What time do you take the kick off supplement? I take it at half 2 and don’t really feel anything tbh!!
Take it at 210/215 for optimal timing. What are you taking?
