    Around 5:00 minutes is truly where I felt I connected in the same vision. If freedom is an opportunity with certain choices because of other people’s sacrifices to get me those options. I’m going to take them. For many people moving abroad changes your perspective and gives more freedom options for so many people. Time freedom and getting past your value connected to your productivity is so transformative in itself. We often go looking in the cities because there are so many magical people there, but we know we need to build a stronger greener community that embodies all of our collective values. ✊🏾

    Hi Ami!
    I discovered you through Shantia’s farewell event and wow you’re speaking to me.I just sacrificed everything and moved from AZ to NY 3weeks ago because the environment I was in harmed me and I could heal properly..I’m paying more here for rent but I know living in AZ was going to mentally ,emotionally and physically kill me so I had to get out.Thank you for being transparent and sharing your journey with us!

    From all the places you have been which one you think is better when it comes to safety, food, etc?

    • @AmisAdventures
      @AmisAdventures  3 года назад +1

      That’s a difficult one. The intersection of food and safety I would say Mexico. The food is soo delicious and I feel very safe here.

    Have you had any language barriers?? Do you speak multiple languages?

    • @AmisAdventures
      @AmisAdventures  2 года назад +3

      The only language I speak fluently is English. I know some Spanish but I have learned that while I lived abroad. I navigate language barriers from just trying my best and google translate 😅. I have been able to get along fine, it’s stressful at times but for the most part it’s been a lot of learning and connecting to new people. ✨

      Immersion has been my best teacher. I learned Spanish from talking w/ locals & being uncomfortable
