    The only symptom I had from menopause was hair loss for a few months, I’m not on anything

    📞 calling in from Essex Claire says would I be eligible for HRT after a hysterectomy
    📞 Calling in from Cheshire Lorraine says I’m irritable and can’t sleep on patches
    💻 Debbie has said that should I move onto hormone replacement
    💻 Joan has said that I was wrongly diagnosed with depression
    💻 finally Mary has said that my doctor won’t prescribe me progesterone

    Replacing hormones in your body that have depleted is not dangerous and using HRT far outweighs any other potential low risk, to treat PMDD & menopausal symptoms.

    Best to take Anna’s wild yam cream, HRT is dangerous.

    I had patches for a few months they were good to start with them I started feeling low and moody again,I’m now on the gel & tablet and feel so much better,so please try the gel if the patches have stopped working 🤞🇬🇧

    Still suffer from itchy crawley skin and sleep anxiety, I had full blood count my testosterone was normal and estrogen levels normal only had to increase my underactive thyroid medication, I'm on estragel and utragestran vaginally ❤

      Get your vitamin D tested. I had the crawling skin and it was unbearable. I was vitamin d deficient. The GP prescribed a strong dose for a few weeks and it was life changing. And then they advised me to get over the counter supplements ongoing after that. In the last 4 years since I got the supplements, I also haven’t got sick, didn’t even get ill from covid. I find that Solgar from Holland and Barrett are the best.

    I tried hrt and it was horrendous
