To sing almost every song like an epic performance, is not an easy thing to do but Arunita did it. So don't compare him with anyone. She is a gem.

Though Arunita sang in tune it cannot be compared with Lata version at any level and parameter. Guest juries in these farcical reality shows are made to speak only good better and the best about the contender's singing. Remember Sonu Nigam left many reality shows because he expressed true and honest opinions and refused to be a part of the channel management band wagon.

I am not a singer nor a music specialist. I feel that an injustice has been done to Arunita. I am of opinion that Both Pawan and Arunita should have been awarded execo . I have followed the maximum performances. I might be wrong. All my respect to the Judges. The best performance is that one that touches directly the heart. Nevertheless I feel that somehow somewhere injustice has been done.
In a way you are wrong😊 All reality shows are predecided. This one was predecided in favour of Pawandeep... As the show progressed, the best performing male contestants were eliminated one after another - Nachiket, Sawai, and later on Ashish. In spite of this when Arunita, despite being a female voice was pulling in more votes than him, all sorts of publicity stunts were created in Pawandeep's favour- i.e multitalented abilities, making him forget the lyrics, pairing with Arunita(to cut into a certain percentage of her votes),etc. In the grand finale day also he was given more performance opportunities and that too in the initial hours of the finale so that his votes get maximised...But then, this is how it happens in all reality shows- probably the business interests of the makers, the channel & their associated partners were to he better served by making Pawandeep the winner of the show-so recognition of the real talent takes the backseat- after all it's all business at end of the day!!!🤔

Neither can anyone challenge the results. However it was clear from her galloping Instagram follower numbers & youtube views that she was increasingly becoming popular & perhaps even more popular than the eventual winner. Makers intend

One more point - in my view when CM of a state comes on the screen to appreciate a contestant it is likely to have a bearing on the result.

Arunita's Hindi pronunciation is better than Lata's Bengali pronunciation. " O Sajna Barkha Bahar Aayi" or as we sing in Bengali "na jewo na" is a very good example to compare the two great singers, and I think, considering her age, which is just 18, I would keep Arunita ahead of Lata.
