I state in my listings that buyers can use the ClipArt for anything, as long as they don’t resell or share the digital file. Do I need to provide a written license agreement for my ClipArt products, or is it enough to just include the terms in my listings? Thanks!

Regarding your question, including the terms in your listings is a solid method, but if you feel a seperate document would help, you can definitely have a separate, downloadable license document which can help clarify the terms for your buyers and provide them with something tangible that they can refer back to. This can also reduce the number of questions you get about usage rights and ensure that your terms are clearly understood. You can include this license file as part of the download when buyers purchase your ClipArt.
